Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Architect with a strong background in construction documentation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience producing construction drawings under American codes and permitting standards, and be proficient in Revit. The role involves participating in all phases of project delivery — from design development through construction documentation — and occasionally visiting construction sites to support project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce comprehensive Construction Drawings with minimal supervision

Collaborate across disciplines (Architecture, Structural, MEP) on various project types

Apply knowledge of American building codes and permitting processes

Visit construction sites periodically to ensure compliance and quality

Adapt quickly and efficiently to a fast-paced work environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience (5-7 years)

Licensed Architect preferred

Minimum 5 years experience in producing construction documents for single-family residential and light commercial projects (American codes and permitting experience required)

Experience with Revit software mandatory

Basic understanding of construction processes and principles

Additional engineering knowledge (MEP, Electrical, Structural) a strong plus

Ability to learn quickly and maintain productivity under tight deadlines

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a friendly environment
