Well established Engineering Company looking for few positions in their clients office./site.
1. Electrical Engineer- Responsible for providing detailed electrical drawings for construction. Engineer will
manage multiple and concurrent projects through all phases at a staff engineer level,
from conceptual design, evaluate constructability, planning, detailed design,
interdisciplinary coordination and construction administration, including resolving
technical issues. Other functions include preparing construction documents utilizing
AutoCAD, writing specifications, field survey, and meeting with clients personal to
review drawings. Provides electrical reviews for designs developed by A&E firms as
well as peer reviews for in-house projects. Bachelor Degree with 5-7 years' experience. EIT/PE is added advantage.
2. Landscape Architect-Responsible for developing site analysis documents, site design studies, site plan review, and alternatives
for a wide range of projects related to the overall campus short term and long term development.
Expectations including develop detailed design documents for site development projects including; site
demolition, grading, layout, planting plans and specifications that can be used to solicit prices from
contractors and provide for project construction; reviewing landscape design and construction documents
submitted by outside design firms for work at College Park and at the client institutions and provide project
management support for site projects at the client institutions; assisting in the
development of landscape architectural guidelines and campus standards; and assisting in storm water
management projects as needed. Bachelor Degree in Architecture with LEED certification and 5-7 years progressive experience especially in higher educational institutions
