We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, and hardworking Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help lead projects to successful completion.

Position Overview:

As a Construction Project Manager at Spectrum Inc., you’ll take on a key leadership role in overseeing multiple construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards. We’re looking for a highly motivated, experienced individual with a strong work ethic and a hands-on approach to managing complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and continuously monitor and report progress.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Supervise and direct project teams to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Conduct site inspections to ensure work is in compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

Resolve project challenges quickly and efficiently to keep projects on track.

Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth project flow.

Enforce safety standards and ensure adherence to all relevant construction regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in construction project management, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

Experience in managing a range of project types, including commercial, residential, or industrial construction.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, budgeting, and project scheduling.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, RedTeam, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) and MS Office Suite.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering the highest-quality results.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred or extensive relevant experience in lieu of college degree).

Knowledge and understanding of OSHA compliance requirements related to codes, standards, and regulations applicable to both commercial and industrial facilities.

PMP certification or similar credentials (preferred but not required).
