Karl Riedel Architecture, P.C. has an opening for architect with minimum 10-years USA / IBC-based construction document experience on small to medium commercial/institutional renovation projects with demonstrated high proficiency in all project phases. Must be able to start and complete construction documents with little oversight. Ability to critically review and correct own work is essential. Candidate must be full-time resident in Washington, DC area. Ratio of remote/office work to be discussed with candidate.
Our office has15+ years of continuous growth; is located in the historic section of downtown Leesburg, Virginia and has an interesting mix of governmental, private, religious, custom residential and historic preservation projects.
Preference given to licensed architect, or someone who demonstrates they are on a path to soon accomplishing that.
