Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Company Overview: Sterling Speech Associates, LLC is a leading provider of behavioral therapy services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities for a variety of charter schools in Washington, D.C. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities, as well as a strong commitment to improving their quality of life through applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. Full-time and Part-Time opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and implementation of ABA therapy programs for clients.

Create IEP goals based on assessments, create individualized programs for each student, complete quarterly progress reports, and complete any other documentation that may be required by various schools.

Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members (BCBA only).

Collaborate with school administration, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

RBT Qualifications:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong knowledge of principles and techniques of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with ASD and/or other developmental disabilities.
