Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coach a diverse group of student-athletes.
- Foster a positive team culture while ensuring respect and inclusivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest soccer coaching techniques and trends.
- Adapt coaching styles to effectively engage players.
- Ensure player safety during practices and games.
- Provide basic first aid and handle injuries appropriately.
- Organize and structure tryouts, practices, and game schedules to maximize player development.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience, preferably with middle school students.
- Strong understanding of soccer rules and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of students and staff.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
