Logistics Systems is seeking to fill the Sr IT System Administrator position We are looking for a Sr IT System Administrator

- A minimum of 4 years experience as a Relativity/e-Discovery Administrator/ eDiscovery/litigation support.
- Specific tools/Experience areas: Encase, CaseMap, and iText.
- Certifications: Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
- Education level: Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required/or equivalent work experience.
- Soft skill qualifications: Critical thinking, Problem solving, Time management, Conflict resolution, Teamwork, Effective communication, Creative thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred Skillsets/Knowledge areas:
- Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) framework.
- Strong understanding of Relativity and various processing technologies as well as an understanding of the litigation process, standard litigation support procedures, and data privacy.
- Ensure that electronically stored information (ESI) data and documents collected or received by investigators will be available electronically in a fully searchable format.
- Examine and perform analyses of ESI data from external sources to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of the data collected.
- Process ESI data utilizing Relativity; collaborate with investigative teams to organize processed ESI data within Relativity and CaseMap; and at the direction of investigative team leads, conduct sophisticated queries to extract, organize, and analyze information from Relativity and CaseMap.
- Conduct sophisticated and creative querying and analytical techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyze information from systems
- Provide technical support and assists staff in the use of electronic discovery applications and tools as request.
- Monitor the use of these applications and tools to ensure databases are being used efficiently and to the greatest advantage.
- Keep abreast of changes in customer mission requirements through interaction with management in customer organization.
- Perform analysis on emerging application enhancements as benefit to the business models.
- Conduct internal technical reviews to improve performance, support, and technical enhancements.
- Provide input and best practice recommendations to current and future policies and procedures as needed or requested.
- Work assigned service tickets and tasks IAW the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
- Develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, technical bulletins, and other documents in support of Directorate.
