Greets all in-office clients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Monitors in-office client flow and alerts supervisor of any congestion or extended waits.
Answers telephone calls promptly and courteously.
Schedules appointments with customers and advises supervisor if additional preparers are needed.
Prepares set-up packets for client tax interviews and takes drop off materials
Contacts clients when their return is ready.
Provides general administrative support for the office including, filing, mailing, etc.
Strong computer skills
Bilingual. Demonstrated fluency in English and Spanish.
Excellent time management skills, organized and attentive to detail.
Strong intercultural communication skills; demonstrated ability to work effectively with people from other cultural background
Team player, ability to work in groups, or independently and help with decision-making process.
