Project Manager Job Description
This position serves as the primary coordinator of residential interior construction projects of
kitchens, baths, and basements. The Project Manager coordinates project scheduling,
communication with clients, designers and construction staff.
Major Responsibilities
● Lead multiple client engagements coordinating the work of designers, architects and
construction staff.
● Manage projects in project management software, Monday.com.
● Serve as the primary contact between clients and Zen Renovations for the duration of a
project.
● Develop weekly schedule in partnership with Owner and construction staff.
● Develop material lists in coordination with foreman and ensure that all construction materials
are ordered and onsite in a timely manner.
● Assist clients with ordering allowance items such as doors, windows, and other materials as
needed.
● Prepare project Change Orders.
● Other tasks assigned by the Owner.
Required qualifications include:
● Superior organizational skills.
● Very adept at using technology - Google Suite, Excel, Monday.com a bonus.
● High attention to detail.
● Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders with ease including clients,
subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
● Patience and awesome customer relationship skills.
● Desire to make the client experience smooth and enjoyable.
● Great sense of humor.
● Strong interest and experience in home design.
