We seek friendly, well-spoken people to process orders, handle customer service, and support our office staff. Come work with us in a casual, but very hi-tech office.
We have thousands of subscribers online, and we must provide exquisite customer service to every customer.
This position requires computer use all day. Please be comfortable using email and the Internet. A very strong command of the english language and great telephone speaking voice is required. Accuracy is critical and you must be able to work at a quick pace.
You should be smart, fun to work with, efficient, professional, career-minded, and able to multitask. You should be a fast learner and hungry for more responsibilities and advancement.
Our ideal candidate is happy to be a team player. The ability to be on-time to work every day goes without saying. This is not a job for tardy people.
