As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, assisting guests with inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services: Welcome guests upon arrival, check them in and out, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Reservations Management: Handle online, phone, and in-person bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Payment Processing: Verify payment methods, process transactions, and maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Coordination: Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for guests.
Upselling: Promote additional services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
