We are a home exterior renovation business in Northern Virginia that has been providing customers a premier experience in roof replacements, exterior repair/replacement of siding, windows, doors, solar and gutters for over 30 years. If you are the type of person that has experience in this field of home renovation, demonstrated leadership experience and believes that a contractor should treat the customers home as if it were their own and has the management skills to lead field crews in providing clients and exceptional experience, then you are a person we would like to meet!
Salary and Benefits:
Starting Pay $70,000- $75,000 per year Salary.

Pre-construction site Visits
Requirements:
Demonstrated Leadership and management skills
Good Driving Record
Must be able and willing to climb ladders
Must be able and willing to walk roofs
Must have 3-5 years experience in best practice residential installations with Roofing, Siding, Replacement Windows and Doors
Must have Supervisor Experience
Positive Attitude
Manage Multiple Projects and Customer
