Remote Customer Service Representative – Support Union Members Nationwide

Are you someone who thrives on helping others and excels in customer service? We’re looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for making a difference.

This is a 100% remote opportunity to join a rapidly growing team that values professional development, ongoing training, and a supportive work culture.

What You'll Do:

Contact union members to schedule Zoom appointments.

Act as the first point of contact for union members across the country, primarily via phone and Zoom.

Provide information about their supplemental benefits packages, answer questions, and assist with enrollment in eligible programs.

Complete electronic applications accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a consistent, full-time schedule.

Participate in training sessions and team check-ins regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous knowledge of union benefits is a plus, but not required.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

A problem-solver who is dedicated to member satisfaction.

Comfortable using Zoom and other computer applications.
