Job description
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for interacting with customers and sending proofs and updates to the customer concerning their projects. The position is vital to the success of the company and must ensure that the overall customer satisfaction provided by the shop is conducive to building sales and maintaining profitability. You will be involved with the operation of Copy/Bindery/Mailing machines.
As Customer Service Associate you are accountable for meeting the store production and quality goals, as well as playing the key role in meeting the company-wide profitability and customer satisfaction goals:

Must have Qualifications:
Reliable Transportation
Be able to lift 50lbs
Be able to stand for long periods of time
High school diploma or GED with experience or vocational/technical certification.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good mathematical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform all store functions when necessary.
Ability to handle tight deadlines
Preferred qualifications but willing to train the right individual:
Minimum 3 years Print & Copy center experience.
Computer- ( Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite -to focus on Acrobat and InDesign)
Experience with print management software
Knowledge of printing terms and processes, to include experience in the application of these processes.
