Summary: The position of Client Care Representative is an important one with our company. The CCR is our customer's first experience with our company. It is an important responsibility as this is the point at which we first begin to establish, grow and maintain our client base. Anyone performing in this capacity must have the verbal skills and professionalism that will allow for effective communication with the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.
Answers incoming telephone calls after the FIRST ring!
Completes "Daily Office Duties" checklist
Make, schedule and confirm customer appointments.
Monitors completion of job invoices.
Scheduling inspections.
Call in for Utility markings.
Conducts "Happy Calls" and writes thank you letters.
Perform computer functions with skill, efficiency, and accuracy.
Other duties as assigned by management.
