A fast-growing, operations-focused company that relies on streamlined logistics and efficient warehouse management to drive success. With a lean, high-performing team, their Herndon, VA warehouse serves as the core of their operations—and they are looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Manager – Warehouse to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure excellence in production, packing, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a bilingual (English/Spanish) team to achieve daily and long-term goals.

Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products, maintaining accurate inventory records.

Manage and optimize all production and packing processes to ensure quality, speed, and efficiency.

Ensure that all safety protocols are consistently followed.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including production output and packing accuracy.

Collaborate with upper management to align warehouse operations with company goals.

Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

3+ years of experience in warehouse management, including leadership roles.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proven experience with production and packing operations within a warehouse setting.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety protocols.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, inventory management systems).
