Position Overview:
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Chelsea's Chimney operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving significant growth in revenue and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of growing a company to multi-million-dollar revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, including revenue growth and market expansion.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, high service quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost control measures to ensure profitability.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's customer base.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards and addressing customer issues promptly.
Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the home services industry.
Proven track record of growing a company to multi-million-dollar revenues.
