Who we’re looking for:

An experienced, dedicated and solution-orientated individual who has knowledge in the Service Industry. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency and have the ability to approach complex situations with a positive attitude. This individual will excel at delegation, be eager to represent our company with the highest level of integrity, and have the desire to build a long-term career with us.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Managing and developing HVAC technicians/office staff

-Regularly reviewing customer service and work being performed by department to ensure all company standards are met

Inspire and motivate staff by leading by example

-Managing supervision of daily operations

-Assisting in project management

-Preparing quotes, bids, and contracts for customers

-Monitoring and overseeing billing for service jobs

-Keeping track of customers, projects and sales for company

-Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clientele

-Coordinating technician’s schedules with dispatchers

-Continuing education on industry standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in Service Management

· 3+ years of management experience

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Leadership skills and interest
