DCF Contracting is expanding its team and looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Construction Superintendent.
As a Construction Superintendent at DCF you will focus on overseeing the installation of Roofing, Siding and Gutter installation for both Residential and Commercial jobs.
Responsibilities:
Must be able to Supervise subcontractors throughout the construction process and report accordingly.
Review plans, purchase orders, material orders and selection sheets for accuracy.
Conduct meetings and discussions with builder superintendents, subcontractors and other trades when necessary.
Mitigate issues as they arise and come up with solutions proactively before there is a serious problem.
Maintain clear communication with the internal staff regarding schedules and deliveries.
Requirements:
Must have prior experience in roofing, siding and gutters installation.
Organizational skills – Should be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors & vendors.
Personal Attributes – Demonstrate honesty, respect and trustworthiness.
Communication - Excellent communication skills and professional representation.
Drivers license – Must have a valid drivers license and clean DMV record
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and possess basic computer knowledge to work with different builder systems.
