We are a professional accounting and tax preparation office located in Largo, MD in a business park setting. Our atmosphere is laid back, but professional and fast paced. We have a very nice office and friendly atmosphere with casual business dress code.
We are in immediate need of a tax professional with a minimum of five years preparing taxes, with an emphasis on Turbo Tax, H & R Block software or Pro Tax software etc. The ideal candidate will be degreed in accounting and maybe a youth-full energetic retiree or student and have some formal training in accounting, and, also be able to do general accounting as well. The candidate will have to be able to hit the ground running, from day one, and be able to handle a certain volume of tax preparation with little or no guidance. Training for the right candidate will be given. An advanced degree is not required.
It is a permanent seasonal position that covers from about February to June full-time and part-time from July to September and business is booming.
