We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant Tax Preparer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
Process Payroll, and bookkeeping for small to mid-size companies (training will be provided to the right candidate)
Basic knowledge of individual and business taxation is required. (training will be provided to the right candidate)
Ability to work under pressure, multitasking
Able to work independently and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in accounting/taxation or other related fields is required. Previous data entry experience is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tax software and accounting software.(QB. QBO, any tax software)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
