Part-Time Bookkeeper Wanted
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative accounting experience and be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks
Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
Maintain financial records and reports
Assist with administrative accounting functions
Communicate effectively with internal staff and vendors
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping and administrative accounting experience
Proficient in QuickBooks, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Position Details:
In House Role (No Remote) Part-time 24-30 hours per week
Compensation based on experience
