Full Charge Bookkeeper
Busy small business seeks a full charge bookkeeper. Minimum five years QuickBooks experience to manage many aspects of this small company’s books including invoicing, client onboarding and deactivation, A/R, credit card transactions entry, and some light office management duties. Must have excellent QuickBooks and Excel skills as well as excellent written and speaking communication skills including phone skills.
This position requires a high degree of working independently while also reporting to and communicating with the Finance Manager and company executives. This is a full time, on-site (no WFH) position.
Many other responsibilities related to bookkeeping, accounting, and general office management as needed.
Candidate must be a team player with a problem-solving, can-do attitude; have excellent organizational skills; and be highly punctual and reliable. We are a team of professionals operating in a fast-paced office, and we are looking for a closely integrated member of our team who will be proactive and eager to take on new responsibilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required in order to respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, staff, and management.
