Accounting Outsourced LLC – a fast growing Northern Virginia based accounting firm – is seeking a full time Bookkeeper to join our team.
Successful Individual should have minimum 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online. Individual should be proficient in processing payroll using Quick Books Desktop & ADP (RUN).
Candidate will be responsible for data entry, bank & and credit card reconciliations, financial statement preparation, processing payroll and sales tax returns and other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate should be highly organized, well versed in Microsoft suite, excellent in written and verbal communication and detail oriented.
