Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks a must.
- Ability to manage Payroll/benefits, health insurance.
- Prepare financial reports for Principal
- Bank accounts reconciliation, invoicing, and financial reports.
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Interest in land development and demolition is a plus.
