Work You'll Do

Performance tester with experience creating, and executing performance test scripts using tools such as IBM Rational Performance Tester (RPT). Candidate must also have experience identifying and troubleshooting performance bottlenecks by working closely with developers and system engineers to remediate findings. Candidate must have experience reviewing and analyzing performance test results through tools similar to AppInternals, Splunk, etc. Experience with Cloud and Linux is a plus.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 3 years' experience in Test Process Management, Test Design, & Test Planning
  • 3 years' experience in Test Execution
  • 3 years' experience in HP QC/ ALM
  • 3 years' experience in Industry Test Tool Expertise
Preferred:
  • Experience creating and executing performance test scripts using tools such as IBM Rational Performance Tester
  • Experience documenting test results to be presented to client leadership for Go/No-Go decision making purposes
  • Understanding of performance engineering in Web Applications
  • Experience testing UIs and APIs
  • Experience with load, stress, and endurance testing
  • Linux experience preferred
  • Experience with Splunk
