The ideal applicant is responsible for providing production system operations and maintenance (O&M) support for end-users, applications, infrastructure, platforms, or network services, as well as troubleshooting existing information systems, applications, middleware, or networks to identify errors or deficiencies. The perfect candidate should provide technical analyses to help define, assess, and monitor the technical aspects of the program, project, or service, as well as provide support for the senior principal technologist's representation of Amtrak in relevant industry forums.
