Google Cloud Platform Security Lead (ICAM)
DC, Washington 20535 Security Clearance: Public Trust - U.S. Citizen Skills: GCP, IAM, Google Cloud, Cloud Cyber Defense, ATOWe are seeking a Google Cloud Platform Security Lead to work in support of a Department of Energy program. Qualified candidates will have experience with various aspects of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM). Prior experience with Google Cloud security services is required. Location Note: This position is 100% telework from any U.S. based location. Remote work environment should be conducive to making phone calls, attending teleconferences, and communicating with external team members as part of the everyday job duties. Duties and responsibilities include:- Supporting cloud security architecture and IAM operations for a Google Cloud environment
- Providing expertise for GCP security services and cloud cyber defense
- Supporting functional, technical, security, integration, and operations requirements for cloud implementation
- Working collaboratively with multiple delivery teams, cloud providers, and Information System Security Officers (ISSO)
- Attaining Authorization to Operate (ATO) and supporting customer workloads
- U.S. citizenship
- Current Public Trust or ability to pass a pre-employment Background Investigation (required to start work)
- Bachelor's degree required; Studies in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred
- 10+ years of related experience supporting cyber security in a cloud environment including:
- 4 years of experience with Google Cloud Security Services is required
- 4 years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations is required
- 4 years of experience with Cloud Cyber Defense is required
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to work with a blended government and contractor team
