Piper Companies is looking for an

Senior IT Program Manager for a leading financial services technology solutions organization based in the Philadelphia, PA area.

This is a FULLY REMOTE opportunity

Responsibilities for the Senior IT Program Manager:

• You will be a crucial member of the Project Management Office (PMO) for a large federal IT transformation while creating and managing the integrated master schedule and managing subcontractors

• You will be guiding key technical and functional personnel through a legacy system to Salesforce transformation

Qualifications for the Senior IT Program Manager include:

• At least 10+ years of experience managing complex Agile deliveries

• At least 5 years' experience managing multiple scrum teams of multiple sizes as well as technical and functional team members

• Experience in a Program Management role as a servant leader and capable of leading STE, RTE and understands the value streams

• Strong understanding of the alignment of investment themes to business values to manage PI execution

• Proven track record of navigating across organizational boundaries to successfully influence others and build trust-based relationships, maintain poise and professionalism during challenging conversations.

• Experience with Program Management in Federal Government IT transformation

• In depth knowledge of mortgage industry

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

• SAFe Certification

Compensation details for the Senior IT Program Manager:

• Compensation target is 180-205K dependent on experience with a 15% bonus

• Direct Hire, Remote Opportunity
