As a User Testing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the usability and effectiveness of the application by conducting user testing and gathering valuable insights. You will collaborate closely with the project team to provide actionable recommendations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our application's user experience. What's Needed?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, User Experience Design, or a related field
Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing, preferably in a software or application development environment
In-depth knowledge of various user research methodologies, techniques, and best practices
Proficiency in planning, executing, and analyzing user testing sessions, including qualitative and quantitative research methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights
