Description:IMMEDIATE OPENING. Our client needs A Superintendent - GROUND-UP ONLY. ALL WOOD-FRAME BUILDING. Our client is a commercial construction firm, with a headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. They also have multiple local offices here in the DMV, and do a ton of work in both DC and Northern VA. Everyone reports to their Pittsburgh office, technically, but they do a ton of work locally and have work here already for the next 5-10 years it sounds like, at minimum.Skills:ground up, base build, wood frame, multifamily, superintendent, construction, commercial, interior, fit out, restaurant, retailAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of construction experience as Superintendent - GROUND UP ONLY
Strong Wood Frame Experience (In project list to validate the experience)
Must have worked on projects OVER $40 Million in value
