- Preparing and negotiating offer packages, helping Enlightened attract and secure industry leading talent.
- Contributing to and/or leading monthly/quarterly business reviews to evaluate best practices, success metrics and defects to improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science or a related discipline
- High aptitude for earning trust with clients, peers, and candidates.
- High-judgement decision making and experience working with confidential personnel information.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume corporate environment; with changing priorities.
- Experience recruiting passive talent for a corporate enterprise client in the tech industry.
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
- Strong communication skills, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Experience defining and executing recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and our recruiting team.
