Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Specialty SchoolAnthroMed is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who wants to support students with AAC and life skills. Collaborate with key stakeholders regarding your students’ functional communication and development of life skills.

Implement AAC and conduct interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure AAC implementation across services.

Provide therapy using a variety of service delivery models including classroom push-in.

Determine eligibility of students for speech therapy services and clearly identify necessary classroom accommodations.

Provide appropriate speech and language intervention for eligible students.

Participates in team meetings for the development of students’ individualized education programs.

Completes relevant paperwork within required timelines per federal and state law, district policy, and procedures.

Qualifications:

School-based and/or pediatric experience.

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Valid DC SLP license from the District of Columbia’s Department of Health.
