Senior Manager, IT Global Support

Description Responsibilities Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure in global field offices to ensure reliability and scalability Develop and manage technology systems and support profiles for all field locations Collaborate with different teams to ensure that IT solutions are relevant to location-specific needs and circumstances Travel to overseas field offices for technical discovery, support, and maintenance Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Manage Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Contracts Conduct Network Analysis and implement solutions based on the findings.Requirements Proven experience in IT management roles Proficiency in Cisco Technologies Expertise in Cloud Technologies Strong knowledge of Database management Understanding of EO/IR systems Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Experience with Active Directory Proficiency in Backup Technologies Knowledge of Computer Hardware Experience in Configuration Management Understanding of Contracts Skills in Network Analysis Ability to lead and manage IT projects in an organization Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong problem-solving capacity Excellent communication abilities BSc/BA in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
