Assist concessions manager in accurate entry, collection and storage of event paperwork, including but not limited to:
Req’s
Post event Birchstreet standsheets
Alcohol Compliance Paperwork
Temp Logs
Lead Check in Process in the Kick Zone
Ensuring accurate completion of staffing grid
Ensuring staff clock in properly using QR code/badge number
Communicating staffing shortages and adjustments needed to management in timely manner
Correcting Uniform issues on the spot prior to employee entry into building
Visual Quality Control
Ensure completion of visual show ready checklist by each stand
Correcting issues on the spot
Lead the weekly supervisor who is overseeing condiments/soda machines. Ensuring this process is done
Assist management in hiring process, including but not limited to:
Scheduling interviews at direction of management
Accurately Completing post-hire paperwork
Qualifications:
Minimum of one year leadership experience.
