Enterprise IT Services Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT services, including AI Services, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, enterprise IT operations, program management, network engineering and administration, and disaster recovery.
Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency in IT service delivery. Develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
IT Service Management: Manage the IT service lifecycle, including service definition, transition, production, and retirement. Ensure that IT services are delivered in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL).
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, network engineers, and program management staff to define requirements and ensure seamless integration of IT services.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that their needs are met through the delivery of high-quality IT services.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within IT service delivery and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Agility and Adaptability: Update/pivot from a given plan in order to refocus resources elsewhere as needed. Demonstrate agility and adaptability in response to changing business needs and priorities.
Reporting and Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT service delivery. Prepare and present reports on IT service performance, including metrics on cost, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
8+ years of experience in business analysis, IT service management, or a related field
Proven expertise in managing enterprise IT services, including AI Services, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, enterprise IT operations, program management, network engineering and administration, and disaster recovery.
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
Experience working in a regulatory environment, including compliance with federal laws and regulations preferred.
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g., QlikView) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.
Knowledge of IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix) preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and execute on a day to day basis, while employing a hands on approach.
