Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree. Master's preferred
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, and policies, procedures, and processes as normally demonstrated through a minimum of two years' experience
Must possess at least 1 year of clinical experience relevant to the patient population. (BH/Substance abuse)
Leadership experience should include management of staff and budgets.
Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requires excellent public relations, human relations, and conflict resolution skills.
Must have the ability to interact with physicians and employees successfully and positively at all levels throughout the organization.
Must possess licensure as a professional nurse (RN) in AZ or compact state
Current Basic Life Support
