Job Title: Recruiting Manager Wanted: Recruiting Manager with the ability to optimize the recruiting process across the organization. This person must be passionate about finding the right people to serve DCG’s clients. Position Overview: The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for improving and performing the sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and out-processing functions to ensure that DCG attracts, hires, and retains top talent in alignment with company goals and government requirements. Key Responsibilities: Leadership:

Develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices to meet organizational needs.

Set goals and performance metrics for the recruitment practices, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.

Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

Sourcing and Recruiting:

Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates.

Oversee the development of job postings, sourcing channels, and candidate outreach initiatives.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted recruitment plans.

Interviewing and Selection:

Perform the interview process, ensuring a standardized and unbiased approach to candidate evaluation.

Develop and refine interview questions, assessment tools, and evaluation criteria.

Facilitate interviews and selection processes, providing guidance and recommendations to hiring managers.

Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day-one readiness.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to coordinate orientation, training, and integration activities.

Ensure all onboarding documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Out-processing:

Manage the out-processing of departing employees, including exit interviews, return of company property, and completion of exit paperwork.

Address any issues that arise during the out-processing phase and provide support as needed.

Maintain accurate records of out-processed employees and analyze trends to improve retention strategies.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure recruitment practices comply with government regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in recruitment and sourcing

Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

SHRM-CP or other related industry certification

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and onboarding best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Familiarity with government contracting regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
