Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for IT operation, maintenance, and enhancement projects, ensuring integration of advanced technologies like Java, React, Node.js, and Spring Boot. Oversee the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with performance standards and compliance with the PWS requirements. Develop risk management strategies and ensure timely reporting to senior management and government stakeholders.
