Program Manager AnalystJob Category: FacilitiesTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: NoneEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 25%Type of Travel: LocalWhat You’ll Get to Do:You will oversee the District Department of Transportation’s (DDOT) Maintenance Division's requirement contracts that oversee the engineering, construction, maintenance, and preservation of all DDOT assets. You will also manage capital and non-capital projects, and implement processes to improve proactive maintenance, workflow, and management of information and personnel.More About the Role:As a Program Manager Analyst, you will also:

Work in the development of requirement packages

Work in the development of scope of work

Work in the management of DDOT Maintenance Division contractor performance

Teach processes and techniques within the Maintenance Division

Help conduct evaluations of asset conditions

Ensure adherence to FHWA regulations

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

University Degree (BA/BS), or equivalent experience, in Architecture or City Planing (or equivalent degree)

Fiften (15) years of relevant project management, specializing in the maintenance and upgrade of large city infrastucture

Recent and relevant managerial experience as a Program Manager Analyst (or equivalent role)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Subject matter expertise in one or more relevant areas of the acquisition life cycle or program/project functional area, to include: purchasing/ procurement, source selection, training, research, business process improvement, policy development, financial analysis, automated systems development/analysis/ implementation, federal government project or program management, federal statutes and regulations, acquisition or contracting management

Demonstrated record of professional excellence among multiple organizations in challenging management roles directing the work of personnel in multiple functional areas

Experience as a second level supervisor, including making personnel and resource allocation decisions

Experience providing advice and expertise directly to key, top level managers and decision makers

Experience managing multiple contracts for large-city Government customers, including responsibility for planning, coordinating and making decisions on costs, technical approach, schedules, performance metrics, quality control and personnel management
