As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for leading complex IT re-engineering and operational efforts, focusing on escalated and highly technical problems that require deep expertise and advanced problem-solving. Project Planning and Strategy:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

Define project goals, success criteria, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance and outcomes.

Identify and engage key stakeholders, including project sponsors, business units, and end-users, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.

Technical Solution Design:

Work with technical teams to design solutions that address business requirements and align with technical capabilities.

Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, tools, and platforms that best fit the business needs.

Change Management:

Support change management activities, including assessing the impact of changes and developing strategies for implementation.

Ensure that changes to systems and processes are documented, communicated, and managed effectively.

Risk Management:

Identify and assess risks related to technical projects and business processes.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on projects and operations.

Documentation and Communication:

Create, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documents, including user manuals, system specifications, technical reports, and online help documentation.

Write and edit technical content to ensure it is clear, concise, and accurate.

IT Continuity of Operations (COOP):

Develop and manage the IT COOP program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Create and oversee the implementation of IT continuity strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure that critical IT systems and services are resilient and recoverable.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, financial tracking, and expense reporting.

Ensure that project expenditures are within budget and manage any budgetary changes or adjustments as needed.

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead and motivate project teams, including engineering professionals, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT program management, with a focus on complex technical projects.

Proven track record of successfully leading IT re-engineering and operational efforts.

Strong understanding of IT service delivery, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and risk management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.

PMP (Project Management Professional) and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification.

Experience working with cloud computing platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements for IT continuity of operations and disaster recovery.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and execute on a day to day basis, while employing a hands on approach.
