Document custom adjustments in the system; examples include:  KK Budget load App Engine tweaks  SSN masking on vendor page  PO conversion program  Supplier Contracts Enhancement  Non-Appropriated Contracts  Document batch processes that are run within the ERP ledgers  Document feeds and integrations with third party systems, such as Anaplan, CRM, UKG, Citi Manager, IBC, E2, Truist, CitiBank  Document batch processes that are run within external systems with data flowing in/out of the ERP.  Document network configurations and support required to maintain the system.  Provide comprehensive technical documentation that outlines the backend flow of federal and donated transactions to include all workflow configurations.  Document system integrations such as:  Contributions data file downloads  Credit card payment gateways  Federal timekeeping and payroll: Interior Business Center, IBC → PS  Interfaces to US Treasury, OMB, E2 Travel
