Job Description:

The Patient Services Coordinator will work within a busy outpatient specialty clinic.

The PSC will mainly be responsible for handling the check out process as patients finish their appointments.

Will collect co-pays, verify if patients have any outstanding balances, and collect as needed.

Schedule new or follow up appointments if needed.

The PSC may also occasionally helping out with the front desk as coverage requires which may require - patient registration, insurance verification, authorization, and scheduling.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of previous patient registration experience in an outpatient clinic

1+ years of experience with billing/co pay information

High School Diploma or Equivalent
