Define their current state and desired future state, help ID actions to achieve the desire future state, and measure the impact of those actions
Identify opportunities to increase their organizational effectiveness
Guide employees through change and transitions as organizations evolve to achieve their desired future state This role will work closely with the Sr Mng for HR Organizational Effectiveness and other team members to:
Lead the annual Employee Engagement Surveys and Pulses
Design and conduct additional organizational research related to employee experience, organizational culture, and HR program/initiative effectiveness
Help assess Exelon as a potential Employer of Choice and drive HR Strategy and initiatives to help further Exelon's progress towards that objective
Partner with HR program/initiative owners to help them achieve desired results aligned with HR's Strategy
Provide Change Management/Readiness support for HR initiatives, help build organizational change management capability, and represent HR on enterprise-wide change initiatives
Provide general organizational assessment, change management, organizational effectiveness, and facilitation consulting/support for various HR initiatives as needed
Primary Duties
Manage the annual Employee Engagement / Pulse survey efforts (design, planning, program management, administration/implementation, data management, analysis, preparing results, action planning support) (40%)
Support the development of HR Strategy, assess progress toward achieving the strategy, and partner with HR program/initiative owners to ensure their efforts align with HR strategy (20%)
Consult on or conduct additional organizational research related to employee experience, organizational culture, and HR organization/program/initiative effectiveness (15%)
Provide Change Management consultation/support, help develop organizational change management capability, represent HR on enterprise-wide change efforts (15%)
Partner with the HR PMO on HR Special Projects, events, and initiatives (10%)
Job ScopeReports to Sr Mng HR Organizational Effectiveness Interacts with Managers and Key Managers across ExelonMinimum Qualifications
7-10 yrs exp in organizational effectiveness, organizational development, organizational research, organizational change management, or other related discipline.
Bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or other related discipline. Additional yrs of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Expertise and experience in supporting organizational employee engagement survey research or similar research efforts
Expertise and experience in supporting organizational behavior, culture, or similar research efforts
Expertise and experience in supporting organizational change efforts or similar experience/knowledge of organizational change management
Expertise in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or other related disciplines
Expertise in facilitation, organizational research design, organizational change management, data management/analysis, process improvement, and project management
Preferred QualificationsMasters degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, organizational development, or other related disciplines 3-5 years in conducting organizational research, managing employee engagement survey effortsBenefits
Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $118,400.00/Yr. - USD $177,600.00/Yr.
