Maintenance Engineer - NBC & Telemundo Washington DC

We are looking for a NABET Maintenance Engineer to join the Technology team in Washington DC, supporting WRC &  WZDC. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and supporting broadcast technology and users within our mission critical, media production environment. If you love a challenge, enjoy working with people, and want to make a positive impact while being a part of a high performing team working at the leading edge of media technology, you could be the perfect match for our team. Job Responsibilities:Installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of field, newsgathering, and media production systems, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.Support of remote sites including microwave, remote camera and transmitter plants.Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.Provide efficient and effective technical support, incident response, and customer communication, ensuring appropriate utilization of NBCU service delivery platforms.Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.All other duties as assigned.Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.
