Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift. Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Business in Meadow Lands, PA is part of the Commercial Products Group. This facility manufactures and assembles products for commercial electrical distribution.This position is responsible for begin-of-line inspecting and assembling of commercial electrical products.The core hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The hourly rate for this position is 19.08 per hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential. The base rate increases after 6 months to $19.40/hr.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Employees in this role often work with others in the department and must communicate and work well in a team environment. Entry level position with on-the-job training.Job Specific Functional Skills:
Operate production equipment including but not limited to welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes according to work instructions.
Run machines, monitor their operations, and record operational production data.
Inspect finished product for quality per standard work instructions.
Complete production reports to communicate production output to management.
Maintain housekeeping in work area.
Perform above work on one or more lines.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Washington, PA facility. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
