- Minimum 10 years of experience as a software developer, including 5+ years' experience working as an Architect or Lead Developer building application architectures for the cloud (Azure preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with internal team members as well as business stakeholders
- Experience designing applications and solutions for resilience and recoverability
- Experience mentoring/coaching Java development teams on standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Experience defining and building Services using Java
- Experience working in an API first development process
- Experience designing development CI/CD automation using DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects leveraging Agile methodologies
- Strong problem solving characteristics with the ability to think out of the box
- Must be able to work with others in a collaborative fashion
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
