As a valued leader on our team, you will play a role in developing a strategic plan for examining and analyzing records to determine effectiveness of operating and reporting procedures. THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Internal Audit Senior Manager - Single Family role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Leadership and execution of a portfolio of Single-Family, Enterprise Operations and Capital Markets integrated audits, as well as the development of an analytics-based, continuous risk monitoring strategy for emerging risk themes (Credit, Operational, Market).

Define audit objective and audit scope appropriate for assessing internal controls and risk management practices, oversee audit fieldwork execution, communicate audit findings verbally and in writing, assess management’s remediation plans and review audit work papers in line with audit methodologies.

Motivate, influence, and develop audit staff, and work with members of integrated audit teams to execute the audit plan.

Establish high impact relationships with key members of Audit and business management.

Identify and share best practices and efficiency opportunities with business and functional units based on audits and continuous risk monitoring results.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our risk assessment, monitoring and reporting methodology.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experience

6 years of relevant experience, 8 years preferred

CPA, CISA or CIA certification

Desired Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Extensive technical acumen across internal audit and strong knowledge in risk management and control domains including, but not limited to credit, market, compliance, and operational risks (inclusive of technology general controls)

Adept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Experienced in Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating the design of controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, and remediating risk.

Proficient in communicating in writing or verbally, facilitating meetings, inclusive of developing and distributing agendas, reports, and presentations.

Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software.

Relationship Management skills including engaging stakeholders and audit customers and building relationship networks.

Information Retrieval skills including fact gathering, conducting interviews, and designing surveys.

Experienced in governance and compliance including assessing policies, evaluating compliance, conducting internal investigations, and developing data governance.

Experience working with individuals having a different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively while working toward a common goal.

Skilled in data analysis and the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process.

Experience analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.

Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.

Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

Experience with credit, operational (inclusive of technology general controls), or market risks and associated mitigants.

Experience in large multi-national financial institutions (e.g., SIFI) with detailed understanding of the policies, processes and risks within a wide variety of functional areas, and their impact on the business control environment
