You can reach me [email protected] or else call me on 571-660-1013 Description: Title Business Analyst End Client-Smithsonian Location: Washington, DC, 200, District of Columbia, United States Business Analyst Functions commonly performed:
- Act as the primary point of contact during the requirements gathering phase with the stakeholders.
- Interpret business needs of customers and translate them into the business and technical requirements with strong analytical and product management skills.
- Clarify requirements for developers, produce artifacts such as use-cases, status reports, workflow diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis relating to operational functions, workflow, processes, and other business-related issues.
- At least ten (10) years of progressive IT experience at a similarly complex organization and at least five (5) years of hands-on business analysis experience.
- Strongly prefer CBAP certification.
- Ability to conduct requirements gathering meetings and interactive sessions with large stakeholder groups; facilitate discussions; and formulate consensus.
- Experience in authoring Statement of Work (SOW) when contracting for IT solutions, with emphasis on selecting cloud/SaaS solutions.
