Description We are in search of a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is primarily remote. As an HR Generalist, you will be entrusted to help strengthen our HR infrastructure, delivering expertise in all areas of HR. Responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive HR support across the organization Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations Handling employee relations matters effectively Administering compensation and benefit functions Utilizing HRMS, ADP Workforce Now, and other relevant systems to manage HR data Leveraging ATS for efficient talent acquisition and management Implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction Collaborating with the team to optimize HR processes and systems Assisting in the management of HR projects as needed Continually updating skills and knowledge in the HR field to bring innovative solutions to the teamThis role requires proficiency in 'ADP - Financial Services', 'ADP Workforce Now', 'ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode', 'Ceridian', 'HRMS', 'About Time', 'Benefit Functions', 'Compensation Administration', 'Compliance', 'Employee Relations', and 'Paychex'. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge and experience in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Familiarity with Ceridian and HRMS systems Proficiency in using About Time software Ability to handle Benefit Functions Experience in Compensation Administration Understanding of Compliance regulations and procedures in HR Strong skills in Employee Relations Experience with Paychex software Previous experience as an HR Generalist Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
